Getting A Price Quotation

Through experience we have found that the best way is face to face communication. Please contact us to arrange a visit at our, or your own premises. However we know that time can be a major constraint, in which case we are just a telephone call or an email away.

To help us provide a quotation and understand your requirements we require as much information as possible, ideally:

Bill Of Materials (BOM)
Preferably in Excel format including:
a)
Your Part Number,
b) The Manufactures Part Number,
c) Part Description (including package size (footprint),
d
) Location Reference e.g. R2, R3.

Gerber Files
Gerber files generated by your CAD package, as if you were sending them for fabrication. For PCB assembly it would help us to have the silkscreen, pad and track layers.

Assembly Drawings and Special Instructions
Assembly drawings detailing any mechanical assembly for example transistor heat sink assembly, RF screens, LED heights etc.

Special Instructions
Please advise any special instructions which apply to your request. Details of any parts not to be fitted and parts that you will free issue.

RoHS or Tin Lead
Please advise if you require lead free solder (RoHS compliant) or tin lead soldering.

Free Issue, Purchased Parts or a bit of both
More often our customers prefer us to purchase all, or at least most of the parts, including the printed circuit board (PCB). Our purchasing department,
through extensive sourcing expertise, are able to offer competitive procurement for your component requirements, including solutions for component obsolescence. Utilising Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), we are able to material plan to meet your requirement strategy.

Quantity and Time
Please advise the total quantity of assemblies you require and the batch size, if applicable, along with your required delivery date(s).
